1. BOOKING CONDITIONS

1.1. Reservation for Hotel Jeravi Beach you could do in one of the following ways:

– send a request from the contact form on our website; www.jeravisunnybeach.com

– come to the hotel.

1.2. If the booking is made directly through the booking form via our website: www.jeravisunnybeach.com it is considered confirmed upon advance payment:

– payment by credit/debit card – immediately

– by bank transfer – up to 3 days from the date of booking.

1.3. For all other booking methods – withafter we get bank transfer within 3 days from the date of booking.

1.4. Confirmation you will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, the basis of the meals and the amount due.

1.5. КAn amount as follows shall be required as a required security deposit to be transferred within 3 /three/ days from the date of the reservation in the amount of 30 (thirty) % of the total amount of the reservation. The balance should be paid within 14 days prior to the date of the accommodation for which you will receive. If less than 14 days remain until the start date, you must pay the full amount.

If you wish to cancel a booking for which a security deposit has been paid, the cancellation penalties described below in the cancellation policy will apply.

1.6. Upon payment of the required deposit, your reservation is valid but is considered FINALLY CONFIRMED after the specified payment for the specific request has been made and confirmation of receipt of payment has been received.

1.7. In case of non-payment within the specified period, the reservation will automatically be cancelledat.

2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

2.1. You can cancel a reservation you have made in one of the following ways:

– let us know from the contact form on our website.

2.2. In case of cancellation of a confirmed reservation up to 14 days prior to arrivalFourteen) days prior to arrival, the client shall not be liable for a penalty, except in the case of a reservation made under special holiday packages, which additionally describe the terms for reservations and cancellations.

2.3. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 14 /fourteen/ days before arrival, you owe a penalty as follows:

– In case of cancellation from 13 to 7 days before the check-in date: 30% of the total amount of the reservation.

– In case of cancellation 6 to 3 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

– In case of cancellation 2 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation

2.4. Hotel Jeravi beach hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotel.

In these cases, the hotelier:

– Offers the client accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.

– Refund the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) – days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without penalty to the latter.

3. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

3.1. Check-in and check-out times:

– Check-in every day after 15:00.

– Check-out until 11:00.

3.2.For early check-in and late check-out, each hour past the scheduled time is subject to a fee in accordance with the early check-in and late check-out pricing policy.

Reservations are held until midnight on the day of arrival.

3.3. Pets are not allowed.

3.4. Accommodation at the hotel is subject to presentation of personal documents proving the identity of guests, and for children – a document proving тy age – copy of birth certificate or passport. The data you provide is protected under the Personal Data Protection Act and the regulations governing the protection of information and is processed only in connection with the implementation of the established requirements of the Tourism Act. 5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. Hotel Jeravi Beach undertakes to provide the customer with the services requested and paid for in full.

5.2. Hotel Jeravi Beach undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.

5.3. Hotel Jeravi Beach shall not be liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.

5.4. All complaints related to the quality of the services paid for must be submitted by the customer on site at the hotel for the deficiencies to be remedied. The complaint must be submitted in writing. If the claims are not satisfied, the customer should request that the person in charge draw up a report. Within 30 (Thirty) days after its conclusion, the client will receive the official opinion on the problem from the hotel management.

5.5. Amounts for services requested but not used in whole or in part due to the customer’s fault shall not be refunded.

5.6. All prices listed on the website Hotel Jeravi Beach, as well as in the e-mail messages of the hotel sent to the client, are in Bulgarian lev including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases they may be linked to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need further information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.

5.7. The cost of additional services is not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.

5.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten, or stolen items from rooms, stored outside the personal safe in them, restaurants, or common areas of the hotelas well as for damages caused by third parties.

5.9. The customer assumes responsibility for complying with generally accepted standards of good behavior during their stay at the hotel. All costs for material damage caused to the hotel are payable by the customer.

5.10. In the rooms of Hotel Jeravi Beach smoking is not allowed, according to the provisions of national law. Therefore, in the event of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a charge of 200.00 /two hundred/ лева.

5.11. Customers using the services of Hotel Jeravi Beach Hotel Jeravi Beach is required to be of legal age under Bulgarian law /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the hotel premises.

5.12. Hotel Jeravi Beach reserves the right to change the information on this page and the Terms and Conditions at any time. Although every effort is made to provide true and accurate information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

5.13. When a customer makes a reservation, it is assumed that they have read and understood this Accommodation Policy and agrees with it. Reservations accepted by telephone, email or through our website are considered to be a contractual relationship in progress. Payment made is deemed to be acceptance of The Accommodation Policy.

5.14. For all disputes and legal issues not settled by these Accommodation Policy and the Policy on Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of www.jeravisunnybeach.com the legally binding provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria.
