1. BOOKING CONDITIONS

1.1. Резервация за Hotel Jeravi Beach you could do in one of the following ways:

– send a request from the contact form on our website; www.jeravisunnybeach.com

– come to the hotel.

1.2. If the booking is made directly through the booking form via our website: www.jeravisunnybeach.com it is considered confirmed upon advance payment:

– payment by credit/debit card – immediately

– by bank transfer – up to 3 days from the date of booking.

1.3. За всички останали начини на резервиране – с after we get bank transfer within 3 days from the date of booking.

1.4. Confirmation you will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, the basis of the meals and the amount due.

1.5. КAn amount as follows shall be required as a required security deposit to be transferred within 3 /three/ days from the date of the reservation in the amount of 30 (thirty) % of the total amount of the reservation. The balance should be paid within 14 days prior to the date of the accommodation for which you will receive. If less than 14 days remain until the start date, you must pay the full amount.

If you wish to cancel a booking for which a security deposit has been paid, the cancellation penalties described below in the cancellation policy will apply.

1.6. При изискан предварително депозит, Вашата резервация е валидна, но се счита за окончателно ПОТВЪРДЕНА след извършване на посоченото плащане по конкретната заявка и получаване на потвърждение за получено плащане.

1.7. При неизвършено плащане в рамките на описания срок, the reservation will automatically be cancelledat.

2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

2.1. Анулация на направена от Вас резервация, можете да направите по един от следните начини:

2.2. При анулация на потвърдена резервация до 14 ( Fourteen) days prior to arrival, the client shall not be liable for a penalty, except in the case of a reservation made under special holiday packages, which additionally describe the terms for reservations and cancellations.

2.3. При анулация на резервацията less than 14 /fourteen/ days before arrival, you owe a penalty as follows:

– In case of cancellation from 13 to 7 days before the check-in date: 30% of the total amount of the reservation.

– In case of cancellation 6 to 3 days prior to arrival date: 50% of the total amount of the reservation.

– In case of cancellation 2 days prior to arrival date: 100% of the total amount of the reservation

2.4. Hotel Jeravi beach hotel reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in case of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotel.

In these cases, the hotelier:

– Offers the client accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.

– Refund the deposit paid by the client within 30 (thirty) – days from the date of receipt of a written request for this from the tourist, without penalty to the latter.

3. ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

3.1. Часове за настаняване и освобождаване на стаите:

– Check-in every day after 15:00.

– Check-out until 11:00.

3.2. При по-късно освобождаване на стаята, всеки просрочен час подлежи на заплащане в размер на the pricing policy for late check-out, established at the hotel reception.

Reservations are held until 24:00 on the day of arrival.

3.3. Домашни любимци не се настаняват.

3.4. 5. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. Hotel Jeravi Beach undertakes to provide the customer with the services requested and paid for in full.

5.2. Hotel Jeravi Beach undertakes not to change the price of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional cases where this is economically justified.

5.3. Hotel Jeravi Beach shall not be liable for damages caused by the actions of third parties.

5.4. Всички рекламации, свързани с качеството на заплатените услуги, трябва да бъдат предявени от клиента на място в хотела за отстраняване на слабостите. Предявяването се извършва в писмена форма. В случай, че претенциите не бъдат удовлетворени, клиентът следва да изиска от отговорно лице съставяне на протокол. В срок от 30 (Thirty) days after its conclusion, the client will receive the official opinion on the problem from the hotel management.

5.5. Суми за заявени, но неизползвани изцяло или частично услуги по вина на клиента, не се възстановяват.

5.6. Всички цени, обявени в сайта на Hotel Jeravi Beach, as well as in the e-mail messages of the hotel sent to the client, are in Bulgarian lev including VAT and tourist tax. In some cases they may be linked to other offers, promotions and conditions. If you need further information about our offers, our team is at your disposal.

5.7. Разходите за допълнителни услуги не се калкулират автоматично в крайната цена и трябва да се заплатят отделно в хотела.

5.8. Хотелът не носи отговорност за загубени, забравени или откраднати вещи от стаите, съхранявани извън персоналния сейф в тях, ресторантите или common areas of the hotelas well as for damages caused by third parties.

5.9. Клиентът поема отговорността да спазва общоприетите норми на добро поведение по време на престоя си в хотела. Всички разходи за причинени материални щети към хотела се дължат от клиента.

5.10. В стаите на Hotel Jeravi Beach smoking is not allowed, according to the provisions of national law. Therefore, in the event of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to impose, without prior notice, a charge of 200.00 /two hundred/ лева.

5.11. Клиентите, ползващи услугите на Hotel Jeravi Beach Hotel Jeravi Beach is required to be of legal age under Bulgarian law /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients are obliged not to leave their children unattended on the hotel premises.

5.13. Когато клиент направи резервация, се счита, че се е запознал с настоящата Accommodation Policy and agrees with it. Reservations accepted by telephone, email or through our website are considered to be a contractual relationship in progress. Payment made is deemed to be acceptance of The Accommodation Policy.

5.14. По всички спорове и правни въпроси, неуредени с настоящите Accommodation Policy and the Policy on Privacy Policy and arising in connection with the use of www.jeravisunnybeach.com the legally binding provisions in the Republic of Bulgaria.
